I love the game, the interaction with Austin Is great and I enjoy the side games with the flower growing and teaching the dog tricks but I don’t like that you earn coins and stars at such a small rate. Then it costs so many stars to do simply tasks.

Its a fun game but really!! The little silly tasks like dog training, opening a suitcase etc is a big waste of time and stars. Especially since the levels are super hard most of the time and you only get one star per level. Other the. That I like the game and the concept.

Game starts fun but gets very annoying and frustrating. I started playing thinking Id have a time passing puzzle game and get to design a garden, as later levels arrive I found you spend more hard earned stars to make your butler do irrelevant tasks like train a puppy, greet visitors, serve tea, and make calls and less about actually working on the garden. I want to design the garden, not teach a damn dog how to clap. Game art is well done but the butler tasks kill it quickly

Good game overall. I don’t like that it forces you to get a dog, kind of a deal killer for me personally.

I started this game a couple of months ago for the purpose of building gardens. So I think I’m at the middle of day 3, progress is slow. I don’t spend any cash. The puzzles are hard and almost impossible if you don’t buy the power ups. The chores pathetically cost multiple stars which are only obtained by beating puzzle levels. This takes a very long time to do. Sometimes days! Come on, make the game fun and enjoyable you will have those players who want to pay for the extras.

I really enjoy playing the game but get stuck on a hard level, not fun but annoying.

Well made game but a little glitchy at times

I would have rated this game a five stars because although it had a few issues it was an overall fun and good game. However since I did the recent update the game has become soooooo glitchy! It now shuts off mid puzzle and loses that life rather than opening back to the spot in the game I was at or at least if it has to start over I should get my life back that I didn’t get to finish. It has also cost me quite a few bonus items as it seems even more likely to crash if I use one which then wastes not just the life and item but often coins as well since paying the price to get those extra moves sometimes is necessary when using a tool will just cause a shut down!!! Fix this please!!!! Even if I never get my items or life credits back and coins it’s cost me back at least then I’ll be able to know I’m not risking them just to get gypped and that should get the stars back up soon. Also things like the Halloween event could use better instructions on how to do them as I have yet to see anything Halloween to do/get, nor did I ever see any floating fishing bob things it mentioned before. Is there minimum levels for those or what exactly? Better explanations please!! ~Zoeyini Edit: I’ve sadly had to take off some stars because no sooner had the mystery of the Halloween event become clear by it just finally starting after having to download a second update, it was taken away after I had to play sans-WiFi, which it interpreted as some “advantage” I may have gotten tho if anything it was actually a disadvantage frankly. Then after I sent the problem to them via the help page I got an email asking me to send the info from in the game to give better technical details, however after that and one auto response to sent info the game makers have not bothered to send any response at all, not even an answer to wait, and the event is practically at its end and therefore the offline playing has now made it most likely that I won’t ever get to be able to take part in an event after my pretty much favorite holiday and won’t get to have those items available for the rest of time until perhaps next year if I’m still playing the game by then. It’s a whole bad job all around really and it could have been handled so much better in so many ways. I’ll adjust the rating as things improve or (hopefully not) worsen as time and more holidays with possibilities of events that would give opportunities to the game makers to do either...

I am loving this game. A good balance of challenge versus ability to keep progressing. Nice sense of humor to it. Plenty of chances to acquire boosters. Two things: 1) Id enjoy the game more if there were a way to see a before-and-after of the spaces we renovated, and items weve repaired. I enjoy being able to see the renovations, but know I would enjoy it more if I could see just how far theyve come. 2) Now that Im getting into higher levels, its feeling like theres a disproportionate amount of non-gardening tasks to accomplish. I just want to make pretty gardens. The other stuff is starting to feel pretty tedious. ? UPDATE: The non-gardening stuff is VERY tedious! I have to beat two levels so I can find an inkpot? I have to beat more levels than that to deal with a fire alarm?! Every day brings me closer to just deleting the game. And by “day,” I mean real world day, not Gardenscapes day, which takes multiple days to complete. ?

Fun game.

Its a great game. It just takes long to build a section of the garden. Im in 500+ levels ?

Been playing a while. Frustrating trying to make it without buying power ups.

I really enjoy playing this game. As stated by others the levels start out easy and fun, but they become overwhelmingly frustrating and challenging. I have gotten stuck on some levels for days!! To complete tasks in the beginning you only need one star. As you progress you need more stars. I think the more challenging levels ought to earn you more than one star! Otherwise I have fun with this!

Love the game and the graphics, hate the timed challenges

Power ups cost way too many coins. You spend 900 coins, or more for every three power ups; rewards, 50 coins. Occasionally you may get around 100 coins.

Love the game...until i got to the ‘oriental’ area. Could you perhaps make the game less racist? The wise sage chinese man stereotype, the total disregard for the differences between east asian cultures, its pretty bad.

fun! addicting! - review a year ago Review as of 10/26/17: I still like this game, but what takes away the fun is when the game suddenly crashes - the app closes while Im in the middle of playing. Its disappointing. Its been on for 2 weeks and it still happens now. I dont know the reason but what Im sure of this has been happening since I did the update on my iphone and the app itself. Smh! Help?!

Just an FYI....Mahjong Quest video totally shut my iPad down, rendering it useless, and forced me to reboot. I’ve found some of your videos totally shut me down, not allowing me to renter without a complete reboot. Perhaps trouble is with the new upgrade to 11.0.3 as I’ve never had difficulties before. Just a guess.
