Game doesn’t work

The app keeps on telling me to update it, but it cannot update. When I press the “install” button, it jumps to the apple store, and there is no “update” on the app profile. Also, the game is aggravatingly hard, and it’s really frustrating to earn the stars. And eventually, it takes two stars to “Start a New Day.”
