Disappointed

Although I love this game I am very unhappy with the help and support team. I played to level 715 until I had a problem. The froze up and closed out, and didn’t count that I beat the level or refund the coins I used for extra moves. It took ya support team almost two days to respond and told me it must of been my memory or ram. Offered no help or real insight. For that reason I’m deleting the game. Good luck just don’t expect help if you have problems
