Great potential, but . . . .
I’ve been playing this game for around 8 months. I like the gameplay, the graphics and the story. This could be a great game but . . .
It takes forever to get anything done. I have only opened/completed five areas. Each “day” has soooo many puzzles to beat in order to complete anything it’s agonizing. Just when I I think I’m about to complete an area, nope - there is at least one more day to complete. At the rate I’m playing, it will take a couple years at least to complete the game where it currently sits. I don’t see myself ever finishing this game; I hate leaving things unfinished, I enjoy beating/completing games.
That brings the other issue. From what I can tell, the ONLY way to ever complete this game in a decent amount of time is to spend money, and lots of it. The puzzles increase in difficulty way to quickly, and I frequently put the game down due to that (Homescapes is so far behaving the same way). I understand developers should be compensated for their hard work, but come on. At least allow people to complete the game in a decent time frame (less than two to three years).
